All VelocityVolts products include a Lifetime Warranty against factory defects or breakage under normal use. This warranty does not cover conditions beyond VelocityVolts’ control, including but not limited to:

■ Theft
■ Vandalism
■ Collision
■ Product misuse or abuse
■ Chemical reactions
■ Corrosion or oxidation from environmental factors, such as coastal conditions or UV exposure**

*Warranty is valid for the original product purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

The Warranty does not cover:
(a) Any cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, variations in color, or damage to exposed parts of the product or (b) any defects or damages caused by:

(i) Normal wear and tear.
(ii) Abuse, neglect, tampering, or misuse of the product.
(iii) Accidents, acts of God, or other events beyond VelocityVolts' reasonable control occurring after the purchase of the product.
(iv) Misapplication, overloading, or improper installation, including welds.
(v) Improper operation, maintenance, repair, handling, transport, storage, or environmental conditions.
(vi) Unauthorized alterations or modifications to the product.
(vii) Damage occurring during shipping.
