What bikes work with the Charge Carrier?

What are the adjustable mounting brackets for?
The Charge Carrier comes with three adjustable brackets - two leveling brackets and one flat bracket. These let you fine-tune how your bike sits on the carrier. They accommodate different peg setups, bash guards, and frame configurations so your bike stays level and secure.
Can I store the Charge Carrier on my vehicle when I'm not using it?
Yes. The carrier breaks down into two pieces and repositions vertically against your vehicle in Smart Storage Mode, reducing rear overhang so you can leave it installed between rides.
What's the weight capacity of the Charge Carrier?
400 lbs max when properly installed and within your vehicle's hitch tongue weight rating.
What's the weight capacity of the Charge Carrier Add-On?
In the dual configuration, the carrier supports up to 200 lbs per bike. Always check your vehicle's hitch tongue weight rating to make sure you're within limits.
How do you store the ramp for the EUC carrier?
The ramp folds under the EUC Carrier when not in use.
Can I carry multiple EUCs?
Yes. The EUC Carrier is modular - you can connect up to 5 on a single hitch. Verify your vehicle's tongue weight rating before using the carrier.
Compatibility & Setup
What hitch receiver do I need?
All Velocity Volts carriers require a 2-inch hitch receiver. They're compatible with Class III, IV, and V hitches. Class II can work depending on your bike's weight and your vehicle's tongue weight rating - check your specs before ordering.
Will the Charge Carrier fit my bike?
The Charge Carrier is universal for e-motos with standard footpeg mounts. We've tested it with Surron, Talaria, E Ride Pro, and many others - check our compatibility list on the product page for the full lineup. If your bike isn't listed but has a similar peg and frame setup, it'll likely work.
Can I use the carrier offroad?
Yes. The Charge Carrier is road-rated for pavement, gravel, and off-road use when installed correctly and loaded within the weight limit.
Will the carrier damage my kickstand sensor?
No. The Charge Carrier features an industry-first kickstand sensor solution that lets your bike sit level without bypassing or damaging the sensor. No modifications needed.
How does the Charge Carrier Add-On attach?
Connector plates slot into the main Charge Carrier and are secured with four bolts. You can add or remove it in a few minutes.

Do you ship internationally?

Do I have to pay duties or customs fees on international orders?
No. For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated and included in your checkout total, so what you see is what you pay, and nothing is owed on delivery.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once processed, your order ships based on the method you selected at checkout.
What if my package is lost or marked as delivered but I didn't receive it?
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for resolution.
What if my order arrives late?
Delays after carrier pickup are outside our control. Use the tracking info provided to check your shipment status, and reach out to the carrier for updates.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay. Installment financing is available through Shop Pay at checkout.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Do your products have a warranty?
Yes, all Velocity Volts products include a Lifetime Warranty against factory defects and breakage under normal use for the original purchaser. It does not cover cosmetic damage, normal wear, misuse, theft, or unauthorized modifications.

How do I file a warranty claim?
Email support@velocityvolts.com with your order details and proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on warranty claims.
