These are the models we've tested, but the Charge Carrier & Charge Carrier Add-On are compatible with many other e-motos that share similar peg and frame geometry.

The Charge Carrier comes with three adjustable brackets - two leveling brackets and one flat bracket. These let you fine-tune how your bike sits on the carrier. They accommodate different peg setups, bash guards, and frame configurations so your bike stays level and secure.

Yes. The carrier breaks down into two pieces and repositions vertically against your vehicle in Smart Storage Mode, reducing rear overhang so you can leave it installed between rides.

In the dual configuration, the carrier supports up to 200 lbs per bike. Always check your vehicle's hitch tongue weight rating to make sure you're within limits.

Yes. The Charge Carrier is road-rated for pavement, gravel, and off-road use when installed correctly and loaded within the weight limit.

Connector plates slot into the main Charge Carrier and are secured with four bolts. You can add or remove it in a few minutes.

The EUC Carrier fits any EUC with a tire up to 3.5″ wide and a 22″ wheel diameter. No model-specific brackets or adapters are
required.

Yes, two ways. The Double EUC Carrier holds two EUCs on one 2" hitch, each with its own ramp and straps. Or add the EUC Carrier Connector to your EUC Carrier to link up to 2 more carriers, for 3 in total. Always check the combined weight against your vehicle's tongue weight rating.

The Double EUC Carrier is one 40 lb aluminum unit built for exactly two wheels. Its T-shaped riser keeps both wheels close to the hitch, which means less tongue weight. The EUC Carrier + Connector lets you add one carrier at a time, up to 3 wheels.

Each EUC Carrier supports up to 200 lbs. The rating is per carrier, not a shared
total. If you are running three carriers, each EUC needs to be under 200 lbs individually. In a multi-carrier setup, your vehicle’s hitch tongue weight rating becomes the practical limit well before the carriers do, so add up your EUCs plus the carriers themselves and check that total against your receiver’s
tongue weight rating.

No splicing. It comes with a standard H4 connector harness and an on/off switch. It's plug-and-play on the Surron Light Bee, E Ride Pro, and other bikes that use the Surron-style headlight connector. It replaces your stock peg brace using the same mounting hardware.

Yes. We ship to select countries. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout.

No. For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated and included in your checkout total, so what you see is what you pay, and nothing is owed upon delivery.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). It can take longer during launches, promotions or busy periods. Tracking is emailed when your order ships and can take 24–48 hours to update. Multi-item orders may ship in separate boxes with separate tracking numbers.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier has your order. If a package is marked delivered but missing, contact the carrier directly. If it's significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help.

Yes, installment financing is available through Shop Pay at checkout.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must include all original parts and be free of structural damage. Original packaging is preferred. Email support@velocityvolts.com with your order number and a photo. Once your return is approved, we'll send a return label. A 15% restocking fee applies, and the label cost is deducted from your refund, unless the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect. Original shipping isn't refundable, and Final Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Yes. Every Velocity Volts product has a Lifetime Warranty against factory defects and breakage under normal use, for the original purchaser. It doesn't cover cosmetic damage, normal wear, misuse or overloading, improper installation (including aftermarket welding), unauthorized modifications, collision, vandalism, theft, corrosion from environmental conditions, or shipping damage.
