79BIKE Falcon Pro & Falcon GT Hitch Carrier / Bike Rack: Compatibility Guide
If you're riding a 79BIKE Falcon and looking for the cleanest way to haul it, a hitch carrier beats truck beds and cargo vans every time - no ramps on every trip, no scratched paint, no rearranging your whole vehicle.
The Charge Carrier fits the 79BIKE Falcon Pro and Falcon GT. Here's everything you need to know before your first haul.
Compatible Models
- 79BIKE Falcon Pro
- 79BIKE Falcon GT
How the Charge Carrier Mounts Your Falcon
The Charge Carrier uses a Secure Anchor Bolt System that locks directly through your bike's foot pegs. Unlike ratchet strap-only carriers, the bike stays planted - no shifting on the highway, or off-road.
Three adjustable brackets ship with the carrier (two leveling, one flat). Both Falcon models mount using the leveling brackets to keep the bike sitting level on the carrier.
Kickstand Sensor
Both Falcon models sit level on the carrier without stressing the kickstand sensor.
Hitch Requirements
Receiver size: 2 inch
Hitch class: Class III, IV, or V
Carrier weight: 22 lbs
Weight capacity: 400 lbs
Check your vehicle's tongue weight rating before loading. The Falcon Pro comes in at ~130 lbs and the Falcon GT at ~152 lbs, so both fit well within the carrier's 400 lb capacity.
Hauling Two Falcons
The Charge Carrier Add-On expands your setup to carry two bikes on the same hitch.
Weight capacity (dual config): 200 lbs per bike
The Add-On connects using connector plates and four bolts - on or off in a few minutes.
Storage Between Rides
Smart Storage Mode flips the carrier vertically against your vehicle when not in use. It stays installed between sessions without sticking far out on your vehicle.
